Master Data / Users

This page is used to set user rights. The prerequisite is the License Add-On User. All users who can log in are displayed in a table. The respective rights are set or revoked via checkboxes. It is also possible to archive users so that they can no longer log in. This archiving can be reversed if necessary.

The rights displayed in the columns vary depending on the activated license.

Edit User Rights

In the first column are the created users. The second column shows whether the user is active, meaning whether they can log in. In the following columns are all modules that can be accessed based on the existing licenses. Rights are immediately revoked by clicking the respective checkbox or added . The change is effective immediately.

For security reasons, it is not possible to deactivate one's own access or to deny oneself the right to edit user rights. This ensures that there is always a user who retains the necessary access and login rights. Locking out is thus impossible.

Archived Users

Clicking on the archive box icon to the right of the main heading of the table switches the archive mode on or off. When archive mode is active, the icon is displayed in gray, and also deactivated users are displayed in the table with special markings (grayed out and crossed out).

Add a User

Add User Window To add a user, click on the plus sign to the right of the main heading. This opens the Add User window.

The selected login data will be sent to the specified email address after clicking Add User, and the user will be prompted to change their password after the first login.
